Due to fast emerging technologies and governments’ interventions by regulating these technologies, there is a need for a check and balance from civil society (CSOs) to review these new regulations. To address the existing technical gaps in understanding internet infrastructure, service technologies, and their intersection with law and policy, a comprehensive training curriculum will be developed covering essential topics such as data and internet governance, digital security, data privacy, content regulation, and the legal frameworks that impact rights in digital spaces. The training materials will include case studies, practical exercises, and policy analysis tools to ensure that participants can apply their knowledge in real-world advocacy.
