Open Spending is a platform where it enables for internet users around the world to track and analyse public financial information globally. This platform was started by the Open Knowledge Foundation and we at Sinar Project would like to apply this platform here in Malaysia. We hope this platform enables Malaysian citizens to discuss and investigate public financial information, including journalists, academics, civil society movements, civic tech groups, campaigners and more.
